Role Overview:

Program, set and run CNC machines to deliver precision components to aerospace and defence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and optimise CNC toolpaths
• Reduce cycle times and improve efficiency
• Maintain high quality standards
• Support new part introduction
• Work closely with engineering and MasonOS teams

Required Skills:

• Strong CAM and CNC programming experience
• Understanding of tight tolerance machining
• Experience in aerospace/defence preferred
