Role Overview:

You will own Germany. Full P&L responsibility. Your mandate is to launch, scale and lead Isembard’s German factory network — acquiring and converting franchise sites, driving revenue growth, enforcing quality standards and embedding MasonOS into operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and scale Isembard Germany operations
• Own revenue, margin and cash performance
• Identify and convert franchisee machine shops
• Build local customer pipeline within aerospace, defence and industrial sectors
• Ensure ISO/AS9100 compliance and operational standards
• Drive MasonOS adoption across all sites
• Hire and develop local leadership
• Represent Isembard to customers, regulators and partners
