Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Contract Law

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including supply contracts, manufacturing agreements, and strategic partnerships.
• Support business development team with contract negotiations for defence, aerospace, and infrastructure sector clients.
• Develop standardized contract templates and terms of business to streamline commercial operations.
• Advise on contract risk management, liability allocation, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
