Role Overview:

You will stand up and operationalise US sites. You are responsible for franchise standards, performance metrics and MasonOS integration across US factories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and stabilise new US sites
• Enforce operational standards and KPIs
• Drive MasonOS adoption and performance tracking
• Improve throughput, quality and OTD
• Build local leadership capability
• Coordinate with UK HQ on strategy and reporting

Required Skills:

• Experience in industrial operations or manufacturing leadership
• Strong process and performance management mindset
• Ability to lead teams on the ground
