Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Team Lead / Production Coordinator

Role Overview:

You will sit at the centre of factory execution. Your role is to plan, coordinate and drive production logistics across machines, people and materials to ensure we hit quality and on-time delivery targets. You synchronise schedules, manage constraints, remove bottlenecks and ensure the shop floor runs at peak efficiency.

This is a high-leverage operational role in a fast-scaling distributed manufacturing network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage daily and weekly production schedules across CNC machines and teams
• Coordinate labour, materials, tooling and inspection capacity
• Work closely with machinists, CAM programmers and quality engineers to ensure smooth job flow
• Monitor throughput, machine utilisation, OTD and WIP levels
• Identify bottlenecks using time studies and workflow analysis
• Escalate and resolve production conflicts quickly and decisively
• Ensure MasonOS data accuracy for scheduling and job tracking
