The Role

Scale-up Ownership

• Scale our factory network leveraging our unique business model, with full P&L responsibility and ownership of growth trajectory to Series A and beyond
• Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Drive automation and efficiency through innovative tech deployment
• Shape go-to-market strategy and spearhead geographic expansion
• Lead recruitment efforts of network expansion
• Develop and execute commercial strategy to drive revenue growth
• Manage legal, compliance and operational requirements
