Role Overview:

Support MasonOS and factory engineering projects while building long-term internal talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineering or software teams
• Support data analysis and process optimisation
• Contribute to live production work
• Document processes and improvements

Required Skills:

• Studying engineering, computer science or related field
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability
• High initiative, ownership mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Keen interest in manufacturing/ hands-on engineering
• Basic understanding of software development
