The Role

We are seeking a Production Engineer specialising in quality management and AS9100 certification. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within our factory network. You will work closely with our UK engineering and operations teams, ensuring our production processes meet the highest industry standards and positioning Isembard as a trusted partner for aerospace, defence, and other critical industries.

You will begin with an immersive training period in the UK, learning our processes, culture, and technology. After this, you will lead the charge in achieving and maintaining AS9100 certification, implementing best-in-class production workflows, and driving continuous improvements on the factory floor.
