What We’re Building (Mason)

The goal? Turn a machine shop into a software-first system, where precision manufacturing is as scalable as cloud deployments.

• Mason:
  • Orchestrates CNC machining,
  • Manages advanced robotics
  • Automates complex supply chains,
  • Ensures rigorous quality standards and more.
  • AI is not an afterthought - it is baked into the system.

This goes beyond workflow automation— we are undertaking a full-stack reinvention of industrial manufacturing, and we need brilliant, relentless engineers to build it.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Scale MasonOS – Architect, design, and develop critical systems for factory automation, real-time data processing, and user experience.
• Deploy & Iterate Fast – This is not a corporate R&D role. You'll work on the ground in our factory, shipping real software that controls production.
• Infrastructure Deployment - Our software needs to be deployed wherever our customers (the factories) require it. This means enabling secure, scalable infrastructure. Use of our US GovCloud instance would be a key responsibility.
